3. Custom Orders & Printing
a) File Submission Guidelines
You are responsible for submitting high-resolution logos or artwork. Acceptable formats include:
- AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (preferred)
- PNG or JPG (minimum 300 DPI)
If designs are low quality, delays or rejections may occur.
b) Print Proof Approval
You must approve a digital mockup before production begins. Once approved, the order is final.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and vary depending on:

- Quantity ordered
a) Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins. We accept:
- Bank Transfers

- Credit/Debit Cards
You will receive an invoice via email upon confirmation.
5. Production & Turnaround Time
Standard production time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment.
Rush orders may incur extra fees and must be discussed in advance.
6. We ship throughout the United States and internationally.
- Shipping Time (US): 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
- Tracking numbers are provided once shipped
Delays by couriers or customs are out of our control.
7. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only issued if:
- The item is misprinted
- It arrives damaged
Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photo proof.
8. Intellectual Property
a) Client Artwork
You retain ownership of submitted artwork. We only use it to produce your order.
b) Company Content
All product designs, templates, and content on our site are owned by The Wax Papers and may not be reused without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Wax Papers is not responsible for:
- Misuse of paper by clients
- Delays caused by logistics or customs
- Loss of business due to missed deadlines
We guarantee product quality and correct printing as per approved mockup.

- Attempt to scrape, copy, or hack our content
- Submit copyrighted or offensive materials
Violators will be legally pursued if necessary.
